At GlitchedPrints, all products are custom printed on demand just for you. Because each item is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, accidental orders, or sizing errors — so please double-check our size guide before ordering!
We've got you covered if something goes wrong.
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect (wrong item, print error, or transit damage), we'll make it right. Simply contact us at info@glitchedprints.com within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
We'll arrange a free reprint or full refund at our discretion, depending on the situation.
Please note:
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges for sizing mistakes made by the customer.
- Refunds are not available for orders that are lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout.
- Printful, our fulfillment partner, produces and ships all orders — their quality standards are what we stand behind.
